Soukup Construction Inc is always taking applications for energetic, hard working, punctual individuals. You will work with well maintained, late model equipment. Soukup Construction Inc. offers a benefit package that includes health insurance, vacation and 401K.

Equipment operators:
We utilize many different types of equipment here at Soukup Construction Inc. that includes Dozers, Scrapers, Motor Graders, Excavators, Skidsteers, Loaders, and Rollers. Experience is a plus, but we will also train beginners.

Truck Drivers:
Drivers are required to have either a Class A or Class B CDL. Currently we use Side Dumps, End Dumps, Low Boys, and Tandem dumps. Air brake endorsement is required. Tanker and Hazmat endorsements are a plus.

Mechanics:
We employ a wide range of mechanic's to help keep our growing fleet moving. Mechanics work on heavy equipment and various sizes of Tandems, Semis, and Pickups. Welding experience is helpful, but not required. Mechanics receive a monthly tool allowance and uniform service is provided.

Laborers:
Laborers perform many different tasks which range from helping with utility work to assisting equipment operators on job sites. Experience in the construction field is a plus but not necessary.
