Safety

At Soukup Construction Inc. we are interested in hiring safety minded employees. We continually strive to be one of the safest earth moving companies in the area. Each month we have employee led safety meetings as well as weekly tool box talks.

In addition, employees attend annual recertification training for the various types of work that we perform. This training is either performed in house by a certified instructor or in a formal classroom environment. Soukup Construction, Inc. is proud of its safety history and has received many awards from various regulating agencies to prove it.
